The heart of our operation is the dining area and kitchen. All‐day coffee, tea & fruit are provided here.
Here you will meet fellow divers, enjoy a steaming cup of coffee or
tea, or a cold drink from the fridge while browsing through or library.
Asian meals are prepared in the open kitchen and are served on the
communal table.
We do not serve pork products and only locally sourced, sustainable fish.
You will not find any reef fish, long-lined fish or prawns being served.
A variety of vegetable and fruit will please our vegetarians and vegan guests.
Clean drinking water, coffee & tea are provided free of charge.
For a extra charge you can enjoy a cool beer to sundown on the sunset deck, soft drinks or fesh fruit juices.
The ‘True Eco’ experience is the fact that we encourage trade with
the local villagers. The friendly Papuan people come to our beach with
their small boats and sell their fresh, hand caught fish, and home-grown
vegetables and spices. Twice a week we send a supply boat to Sorong
(75km away) to stock up with chicken, meat, dry stores, and supplements
to enhance your culinary experience. Cold beer, soda drinks and
chocolate brought in from Sorong the nearest town are also available..
